Phillip Buckbee

I’m a native of North Carolina and a graduate of Appalachian State University.  I’ve been an active real estate agent for over 4 years and I’ve had a fascination of the inner workings of houses for most of my life.  During my time as an agent, I’ve seen the importance of identifying defects and knowledgably analyzing inspection reports for homes.  As a licensed real estate agent and licensed home inspector, I have an extensive working knowledge of the home buying process.  I look forward to being your preferred home inspector.
